We've been caring for San Diegans since 1982, and we'd like our countywide network of excellent physicians to care for you, too. Our staff works hard to provide you with information to make your health care choices easier. Our Member Services staff is available 7 days a week, 24-hours a day. We also have nurses ready to answer your questions day or night. We work hard to earn our customers’ trust with their family’s health care needs. The National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) awarded its highest accreditation status of “Excellent” to Community Health Group.  Plans that meet or exceed NCQA’s rigorous requirements for consumer protection and quality improvement are designated as “Excellent”.

Community Health Group landed the stamp of 
approval for its Medi-Cal and Healthy Families product lines, and was the first in the county to earn this accreditation. The accreditation is active for a period of three years.
